Our engineers will carefully review your design and respond with a price and current lead time. If necessary, they will also give design or material recommendations.

Once approved, our toolmakers will design and construct your mold. Using our Modular Tooling System to save you money, your mold will be cut to the exact specifications on your design print.
After tooling is complete, parts will be molded in one of our automatic injection molding presses. RJG software monitors quality for consistent, flawless parts.

Parts are then inspected, packed and shipped! Your tooling will be kept in a climate-controlled warehouse for future orders.
