Our molds are constructed in-house from high quality steel. The ERC's dedicated tool designers and toolmakers work together to create a mold with the highest level of accuracy to ensure that your part's exact specifications and tolerances are met.
We keep tooling costs low and quality high by using our proprietary modular tooling system. We invested in building a modular tooling system in which we own the mold bases, so our customers only pay for the inserts. The inserts require less material and time to work on, therefore reducing lead time and cost.

All of our prototype and bridge molds are designed incorporating the highest level of quality and features that can be transitioned into use for low volume production needs.
Once the mold is complete, it is placed in our automated injection molding press. Parts are monitored by proven RJG software, allowing the press to run day and night - even on weekends and holidays - without requiring an operator to remove parts or monitor quality. As a result, we're able to offer a quicker lead time and lower part price on prototypes and small volume production.
