This modular tooling system consists of our proprietary steel mold bases and a small set of customer-owned insert molds. Since the insert molds require less material and time to produce, this system makes it possible for our engineers to create plastic injection molded prototypes from your CAD file faster and at a lower cost than other prototype service providers. All of our molds are designed incorporating the highest level of quality and features that can be transitioned into use for low volume production needs.
