One of the common issues we've noticed in our industry is engineers feeling as if they have no support. We understand that the job of an engineer at an injection molder or an OEM is to focus on the part itself, not the process of developing the tools to make it. While some may have familiarity with injection molding tools, most are more concerned about the fit, form, and function of the product or assembly they are working with.
Our job at The ERC is to take some of that stress off your plate. We will work with engineers to design a robust prototype or production mold that will produce great parts. We do not cut corners and will review all possible design consideration prior to build. It is our mission to ensure that we help make life easier. If an engineer has to worry about tool builds, timing, and/or quality, then we have failed.
The team at The ERC is ready and willing to work. Give us a call or send an email and we will provide a no obligation part and tool design review to show what makes us different. Working with The Engineering Resource Center will allow you to focus on what is really important.
