As a 2006 Finance graduate of Santa Clara University, Ryan opened The ERC in January of 2015 with the objective to provide customers with prototypes they could trust at a competitive price. Ryan's passion for golf is evident in our Da Vinci Innovation room. Stop by for a tour and you'll see what we mean!
While pursuing his BS in Plastics Engineering at Ferris State University, Matt was exposed to processing, computer aided design, material science, and automation. He also completed four internships in the beverage, filtration and returnable packaging industries. Some of his many hobbies include golf, skiing and trying to be good at the guitar.
Austen joined The ERC after graduating from UW-Stout with a degree in Mechanical Design, where he was exposed to manufacturing processes including computer aided design, plastic injection processes, CNC’s and automation. In his spare time, Austen is an advocate water skier. He also enjoys hunting and wrenching on anything mechanical.
Molly is the ERC's marketing assistant. She is a 2014 graduate from UW-Whitewater where she received her BA in Communications and Media Arts & Game Design. She joined the ERC with over 2 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design and video production. Her hobbies include travelling, video games, and baking.
Jacob's introduction into the sourcing profession started with injection molded plastics which led to his management of direct spend and global commodities for Briggs and Stratton Corp. before transitioning to his current role as the ERC's VP of Business Development. He enjoys playing golf, whether on the course or at the office on the golf simulator.
